DISCONNECT

ALWAYS disconnect at the end of any type of session you do with spirit communication.

One way to do this is when you are finished with your session, imagine roots going from your feet down deep to the center of the earth, grounding you, then disconnecting from any and all connections by rubbing your hands briskly like you are washing your hands and flicking the water off.

Another way is to wave your hands all around your head and upper body as if you are brushing away spider webs.
