“Healer and
Guide”
Acting in the tradition of my Native American ancestors—specifically,
The Lakota, I become a “Hollow Bone” to receive a reading of the energy of the individual, human and animal,
and for the healing spirits to come through my energy framework. Whether that be for soul-spirit
guidance—readings, or for the healing of any problem: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual- and soul-full,
the Spirits will let us know. Some call this type of healing 'shamanic' or 'metaphysical' and/or
'spiritual.'
The manner and/or ritual of healing varies with
each individual and each individual circumstance. Some may require a spirit-calling ceremony in which we drum,
rattle sing and ask for guidance from The Great Spirit and your 'higher council,' God within you, to provide
insight and answers, and 'healing,' while other times, I may be called to just direct healing energy into your body
to the place indicated to me by the healing guides. This is similar to the Japanese healing practice of
“Reiki.”
At the core of this tradition is that it is a
'Trinity.' Meaning, the faith of the individual is central to all that happens in any healing situation. As I have
come to believe, we 'Human Beans' all have the ability to choose to be well. So, first and foremost, it is the
faith of the individual that helps to determine the depth and breadth of the healing experience!
Next, as a 'facilitator of healing' or as a
'guide,' I become a 'Sacred Space/Hollow Bone' and allow the spirit world, 'unseen world,' to communicate to me and
through me as to how to best help and assist all that come to me for guidance and/or healing! And, this includes
the Sacred Higher Council of you that knows perfectly well, what you need to be 'Whole.'
Lastly, it is God within us, and God without us,
The Great Mystery and the Great Spirit, that supplies all of the Love, Life, and Light that we understand as
'Healing Energy' to enter into our awareness and be directed as to how to best free the individual from the
'bondage' of their 'dis-ease!'
At times, these healing spirits can come in a
very powerful and dramatic manner, while other times, the energy changes and resulting transformations are more
subtle, while at other times, the process to regaining spiritual health may require multiple meetings as we clear
away and cleanse the debris that hides the Truth within, and build up and restore the Natural Spirit Light of the
individual.
And for those that are new to the understandings
of the spiritual and metaphysical teachings of human existence, it is really like intense meditation and prayer and
the 'laying on of hands' in some of the Pentecostal and Charismatic Christian traditions. While working with
individuals I may use smudge, feathers, stones, and other 'Sacred Objects' that are intended to link to some
greater Spirit Force.
I am pleased to be a part of the Village of the
Metaphysical Way and look forward to being of service in this “Tiospaye” of Healing!

schedule. For the “Spirit-Calling Ceremony,” for privacy sake, it is best to hold this on
an evening or day on which the center is not being used/open as the ceremony is very
powerful.
Costs: I operate from a place of Heart and Love Offerings. Give what you feel your heart
speaks to you. For the “Spirit-Calling Ceremony” I ask that an offering of
$50.00 be given to The Metaphysical Way for the use of their

ElkDreamer: About/Bio
In my spiritual journey thus far, I have learned that there are at
least 3 aspects, or personalities, of my being. One of these is White ElkDreamer: “healer and
guide.”
After experiencing a tremendous awakening and
activation in the 'Harmonic Convergence' of August 1987, I began an intense journey of approximately 13 years as I
searched for truth and wisdom wherever I could find it. During this period, I had returned to college with the goal
of entering medical school as I had for years had a very strong desire to understand human physiology along the
lines of western medicine. Beginning before the “awakening,” I began to become aware of alternative philosophies
and practices of medicine and healing such as oriental medicine, chiropractic, herbology and homeopathy, to name
but a few. Looking back at my life, I see that this was but an attempt to 'help' people as I had for most of my
life a natural disposition—Healing.
After beginning school I found my interests
broadened, or at least the availability for me to pursue many aspects and subjects of the human experience such as
anthropology; religions; philosophies; languages, and, now looking back, aspects of 'shamanism' and 'spirituality'
that I was exposed to in studying other earth-spirit cultures—anthropology. Somewhere in the midst of all of this,
I became convinced that Healing should be to first seek the cause of the 'Dis-Ease' within the individual. If we
knew 'who was responsible' we would have a clue as to how to direct the body back to health—ease.
As well, my rationale for the causative agent of
many diseases was centered in the nervous system and the effects of stress upon the human body. In fact, I saw the
body and human homeostasis (health/life) as a trinity of the subjects of Immunology, Endocrinology and Neurology.
Again, with the nervous system at the center of this trinity.
Finally, in the summer of 2000 after completing
my degree, again a spiritual awakening or activation occurred and I heard the universe say “Medicine Man!” I am
amazed to this day, that while I was not sure what it meant that I should do in my head, my soul-spirit seemed
uplifted and fully appreciated the name and calling. And, I knew at the deepest knowing it had nothing to do with
being a 'doctor' in the conventional sense.
It was shortly after this call and an intense
pursuit of Native American spirituality and earth-spirit wisdom and spending much time in nature—“Finding the Real
ME,” that the name of “White Elk” came to me. Later the “Dreamer” was added as I became aware of the gift of both
seeing and interpreting dreams. These years alone in nature prepared me to act as an intermediary between the
physical world and the creative world just beyond this one, the place that The Great Mystery-Spirit/Holy Spirit
presides and works upon. Some would also call this the place of the angels. Some call this spiritual work, while
others call it “Shamanic.”
For me, it is a Great Mystery! When I have been
asked for assistance for both Human Beans and Animals (pets), to this day, I am still amazed at what I am shown and
the changes that happen in the physical world of the individual soul - Human or otherwise!
While I work with many healing spirits and
guides, I finally realized how great the gift of the Elk Spirit: the ability to be extremely sensitive to the
soul-spirit and emotional energy of others—empathic. Which is perhaps one of the most powerful aspects of healing
for anyone. To be heard, felt and understood is the beginning of all healing in any human bean.

Sun Bear: About
For those
interested in the journey of “Self-Discovery,” it is Sun Bear that speaks through me of the wisdom of
“Earth-Spirit' Living and Life! NATURE around us and
within
us!
For me, and
much of Native America that system of connecting with and remembering all that we are and relating to, and
understanding the world around us, was called the “Medicine Wheel.”
The “Medicine
Wheel” is a system or tool for seeing all that we are, in the 'face of all that we can see around us.' In
other words, whether it be 'as above so below,' 'as without so within,' it is the “Medicine Wheel” that
reflects this 'Sacred Wisdom and Truth' about all that we are!
During my many
years of wandering and wondering about in Nature after my spiritual calling in the summer of 2000, I used the
Medicine Wheel to become more aware of the Great Mystery that permeates and creates the physical reality. In
other words, I saw in the natural processes how The 'Creator' organized and caused all things to operate and
'Be.'
We too as
'Human Beans' are very much a part of this Creation and Being-ness. And, within each one of us is a 'unique
template' for expressing this “I AM” within us.
The Medicine
Wheel is not only a road map for the world around us, but more importantly, can become a map of our Destiny
of Choosing!
