 The Metaphysical Way Refund Policy 

Registrants cancelling more than 10 days before a scheduled course are entitled to a refund of their registration fee, less $50 processing charge. Cancellations must be received in writing. There are no refunds for cancellations received 10 days or less prior to course.  

 

No shows for any and all workshops, classes, events or sessions at or through The Metaphysical Way result in forfeiture of all fees paid. 

 

Course Cancellation 

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the class without liability. In the event of cancellation or postponement by The Metaphysical Way, a full refund of registration fees or store credit or enrollment in the next course will be offered. No shows to the next course will result in forfeiture of all fees.

 



 

Usui Teate Reiki Deposit & Refund Policy 

 

Level I – Shoden:    Reiki Shoden Level I course is $250 per person, which includes materials. A deposit of $100 will reserve your seat, with the balance to be paid before the start of the first class. All classes are mandatory.

 

No prerequisites for Level I Shoden.


 

Level II – Okuden:    Reiki Level II course is $250 per person, which includes materials. A deposit of $100 will reserve your seat, with the balance to be paid before the start of the first class. All classes are mandatory.

 

Students will not be allowed into Level II Okuden training without passing all previous levels at The Metaphysical Way. 


Level III - Shinpiden Master Practitioner:   Reiki Master Practitioner Level III course is $340 per person, which includes materials. A deposit of $140 will reserve your seat, with the balance to be paid before the start of the first class. All classes are mandatory.

Students will not be allowed into Level III Shinpiden Master Practitioner training without passing all previous levels at The Metaphysical Way.


 

Level IV - Shihan Master Teacher:    Master Teacher Level IV course is $300 per person, which includes class materials, plus an additional fee for teaching materials. A deposit of $120 plus amount for teaching materials will reserve your seat, with the balance to be paid before the start of the first class.   All classes are mandatory.

 

Students will not be allowed into Level IV Shihan Master Teacher training without passing all previous levels at The Metaphysical Way.

 

Please do not drink alcohol or take recreational drugs 24 hours before

the Reiki classes.Prescription medications are allowed. If we smell alcohol on you when you come to class, you will be asked to leave and you will have to start that course over with another scheduled course. There will be no refund or credit toward future course.

 

Dress: Wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing. Wear or bring layers that can easily be put on or taken off. Bring socks or slippers with cloth soles, as you will be removing shoes. Sometimes the room can get cool or warm, depending on what topic is being practiced.

Hair must be let down, not in a pony tail, bobby pins, or in any other way restricted.

ThetaHealing®* Course Deposit Policy

 

ThetaHealing®* Course is $484 per person, which includes materials. A deposit of $174 will reserve your seat, with the balance to be paid before the start of the first class. All classes are mandatory.

*Not intended as a substitute for standard medical diagnosis or treatment. All 'Healers' are healing facilitators. Each individual client and their Higher Self has free will to accept the treatment or not.

Payment Methods

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express both in the store and online, PayPal if paid online, Cash in the store. We do not normally accept checks. If, in the rare instance we do, we charge $35 Returned Check Fee if the check is returned to us for any reason, in addition to requiring reimbursement of the returned check amount. We will not accept a check for the reimbursement or the fee. We reserve the right to refuse a check as a payment at any time.
