Reiki is a versatile healing system based on the channeling of energy, which has been arrived at through a moment of enlightenment.

Its Founder was Mikao Usui 1865-1926 [Japan].

Reiki’s roots are Tendai Buddhism, Shintoism, Qigong and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Reiki ability is channeled from the Reiki Master/Sensei into the student creating a permanent channel to the Reiki energy.

Reiki is used for Self-healing and also for healing, cleansing, grounding and releasing of friends, family, children, pets and plants. It is used for Spiritual balancing, Spiritual development, physical, mental, emotional, balancing, holistic living and self-improvement.

Reiki is designed to be very simple. You do not have to learn complicated anatomy and meridians, only general hand placements and the 7 major chakra centers.

Reiki is not the same as other healing modalities since it is passed from Master to student in an attunement/empowerment process.   

Level I - Shoden: Beginnings, Working with the energy, Healing the self and others   

Level II - Okuden: Practitioner Level, New Techniques, Expanded Energy, Using Reiki Symbols, Doing Distance Healings   

Level III- Shinpiden: Master Practitioner, Expanded Energy, Advanced techniques   

Level IV Shihan: Teacher (Ability to pass on Reiki ability to others)

Class fees for Reiki Level I and Level II are $155 per level. Level I and II courses are each 6 weeks of 3 hours of instruction and practical exercise per week. There is a 21 day detox period between each level.   

Class fees for Master Practitioner level are $222, if you have had Level I and II with me or $244 without. If you did not take Level I and II with me you must pass a written, oral and hands on practical exam for both Level I and II prior to being admitted into Master Practitioner training. The cost of Level I and II exams are $55 per level. Master Practitioner course is 8 weeks if you have taken Level I and II with me or 9 weeks if you did not take Level I and II with me. Classes are 3 hours of instruction and practical each week.   

Class fees for Master Teacher Level are $177 plus $22 for materials, for a total of $199. I do not teach Master Teacher (Shihan) level to anyone without having taken all previous levels with me.    

For each of Shoden Level I and Okuden Level II, a deposit of $55 will reserve your seat, with the balance to be paid before the start of the first class.

For Master Shinpiden Level III, a deposit of $77 will reserve your seat, with the balance to be paid before the start of the first class.

For Master Teacher Shihan Level IV, a deposit of $77 will reserve your seat, with the balance to be paid before the start of the first class.
