If you still wear a mask, be sure you are removing the mask often to take several deep breaths at a time. You can step away from others or step outside to get fresh air. When you wear a mask, you are breathing in your own carbon dioxide instead of oxygen. Your brain and your body need oxygen to function properly. When you are in fear, you take more shallow breaths, which also limits the oxygen you are inhaling. Lots of deep breaths even after you take the mask off is important as well. Replenish the oxygen to your brain and your body. Set a timer on your phone if you need to as a reminder.

Please continue to keep your attitudes positive, laugh a lot

(this boosts your immune system), play games,

go for  a walk outside, enjoy your time off.

Avoid buying into the fear that is being broadcast.

Avoid focusing on the negative

(this weakens your immune system).

Whatever you focus on is what you are creating more of.

 

Focus on filling every cell of  your body with Love and Light.

Proactively help to weaken the virus by seeing the spikes

that it uses to attach to our cells as melting away.

Drink a lot of water.

Get plenty of rest and sleep.
